Shipping is FREE when you spend over £150 on!

Standard shipping rates are below:

  • Car Seats – £10.99
  • Strollers - £10.99
  • Accessories – £7.99
  • Carriers – £7.99

Our team aims to process your order ready for shipping as quickly as possible.

If we discover that for whatever reason the product you ordered is out of stock or there is another reason why your product cannot be immediately shipped, we will contact you by email with the options available.

Please allow 7 working days for order processing time. Once a product leaves our warehouse it will take approximately 7 working days to arrive.

Please note: Our shipment facility is located in Manchester, United Kingdom.

Any products purchased through the Diono UK website will only ship to areas within the United Kingdom. We also have retail websites in the United States, Canada, and Germany that can take orders and ship to other locations.


Please keep your paperwork in case you need to arrange for returns or exchanges. Also, please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information.

Diono does not accept returns from any third-party, including its retail partners. Your order must be returned to Diono in order to receive full credit. The consumer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returned items must be shipped freight pre-paid. Please use a package delivery service able to track and/or insure your return items.

Please note that our customer care team is based in Seattle, USA. Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging. By placing an order on, you are accepting this return policy.

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call Diono Customer Service immediately here or Live Chat from the website (15.00 - 22.00 GMT). Please note that our customer care team is based in Seattle, USA. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away.

If you have placed an order via the Diono website recently and need some information about it or would like to change it in some way, there are a number of ways you may contact us. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible.

All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
